Mt Panorama is best known for the Bathurst 1000, the track is unique in its rural setting. The length of the circuit is 6.2km and considered to be one of the most advanced race circuits in the world. Usually a public road, the track will be closed exclusively for our big day.

Friends and family are welcome to come along and share your experience at no additional fee. There is plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue. Catering facilities may be available on the day (please see FAQ for more information).

Bathurst Event – Weather, Force Majeure and Event Availability

Weather, Force Majeure and Event Changes
Bathurst Experiences are conducted as part of a specific annual motorsport event and are subject to factors outside the reasonable control of Fastrack Experiences, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, venue unavailability, government restrictions or directives, safety requirements, emergency situations, track operator decisions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fastrack Experiences.

If a Bathurst Event is cancelled, postponed, shortened, interrupted, rescheduled, or materially affected by any such circumstance, Fastrack Experiences reserves the right to transfer participants to:

• A replacement Bathurst Event;
• A future Bathurst Event (where available);
• A rescheduled event date; or
• An alternative Fastrack Experiences product or experience of equal voucher value.

Participants acknowledge that event dates, schedules and activities may be modified where reasonably necessary to ensure safety, operational viability or compliance with venue and regulatory requirements.

Alternative Experiences and Refunds
Where Fastrack Experiences offers a replacement Bathurst Event, future Bathurst Event, rescheduled event, or alternative Fastrack Experiences product of equal voucher value, participants agree that such offer constitutes a reasonable alternative remedy.

Refunds will not be available where an alternative experience of equal voucher value has been offered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Future Bathurst Event Availability
Bathurst Events are subject to venue agreements, track availability, event operator approvals and commercial arrangements which may change from time to time.

If future Bathurst Events become unavailable for any reason, including the expiry or non-renewal of venue or event agreements, participants may redeem the full voucher value paid for their Bathurst Experience against any other available Fastrack Experiences product or experience.

The voucher value applied to an alternative Fastrack Experiences product shall be equal to the original amount paid and may be used in accordance with the standard Fastrack Experiences voucher terms and conditions.

Acknowledgement of Limited Annual Availability
Participants acknowledge that Bathurst Experiences are limited annual events and that, in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fastrack Experiences, it may not be possible to provide the Bathurst Experience on the originally scheduled date or at a future Bathurst Event.

By purchasing a Bathurst Experience, participants agree that an alternative Fastrack Experiences product of equal voucher value may be offered in satisfaction of Fastrack Experiences’ obligations where a future Bathurst Event is unavailable.

<h4>Rebooking</h4>

<p>Please note: as Bathurst is an exceptional event, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. No bookings will be rescheduled within 60 days of the booked event. Bookings and Vouchers can be transferred to another person if the original participant is unable to attend. Lunch bookings purchased are non-refundable.</p>
